Executive Director
The Neenah Historical Society Board is seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization. The ideal candidate will be a relationship builder, able to connect with funding partners, write grant proposals, and demonstrate strong organizational skills. The Executive Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Neenah Historical Society, ensuring our mission is fulfilled through effective leadership, fundraising, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations, staff, and volunteers.
Develop and maintain relationships with donors, funding partners, and the community.
Research, write, and submit grant applications.
Oversee budgeting, planning, and program development.
Represent the organization at events and in the media.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and two years of supervisory and nonprofit experience preferred. Proficient computer skills.
Schedule:
30 hours per week - Monday through Friday. Some nights and weekends for meetings, special events, and programs.
Salary:
Starting Wage: $22 per hour
